Responsible for all planning and execution of state mandated Continuing Education Classes held four times each year to educate attendees, board meetings, exhibitor opportunities, speaker selection and sponsorships.

Responsible for TAPBA Annual Budget, providing additional oversight of sound financial management of the Association with the TAPBA Treasurer, establishing banking relationships, and assistance with annual audit.

This committee will focus on legislation affecting the bail bonding industry in Tennessee and nationally, work closely with the Association Lobbyists and Legal counsel to keep the board and members informed, as well as establish relationships with our elected officials.
